Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?
A: Most orders ship within 2-4 business days but sometimes an item may not be in stock and need to be ordered, that may take up to 7 days for the order to ship.New release comic book orders ship in 1-2 days after release (Which is usually Wednesday Release).

Q: What does the "order status" mean?:
A: Look at the following table below:

"Unshipped" means your orders processing has not yet started. Most orders will change from "Unshipped" to "In Process" within 1 business day.

"In Process" means your order has been printed out and sent to our warehouse to be pulled.

"Shipped" means your order has been filled and sent to the post office.

"Back-Ordered" Item is currently unavailable but we are expecting more soon.

Q: What is a "Business Day"?
A: This a regular work day usually Monday through Friday. Weekend days and Holidays are not considered business days.

Q: How long does my order take to arrive once it has shipped?
A: Most orders shipped via "Book Rate/Media Mail" take about 10 days for delivery once they are shipped. Orders shipped via Priority Mail arrive in 2-3 days.

Q: How do I qualify for Free Shipping?
A: Comic book, Graphic Novel and Gaming Book orders over $50.00 qualify for free shipping which are shipped via Media Mail and take about 10 days for delivery.Orders shipped via Priority Mail are not qualified to receive free shipping.Some products like Magic The Gathering Bossters Action Figures and Statues must ship via Priority Mail.

Q: Do you ship overseas or to Canada and how long will it take for delivery?
A: Yes, we can pretty much ship anywhere in the world that accepts Global Priority Mail.Delivery can take up to 14 business days and some items can NOT be shipped outside the USA such as Wizards of the Coast items.We do reserve the right to cancel any international orders for any reason.
