All orders that contain Pre-Order items and have "Free Shipping" selected will not be shipped until the Pre-Order items are released. The release dates listed may not be accurate. We do our best to find the most accurate information as possible; however, official release dates change frequently and are sometimes never publicly released. We suggest placing one order for Pre-Order items and a separate order for previously released items that you might not want to wait for. Your credit/debit card will be charged within 24 hours when the order is processed.

We need to be notified of a return within 5 business days of your receipt of the product. We do accept returns on some items as long as they are accompanied with the receipt and are in MINT FACTORY SEALED CONDITION. If opened and/or un-sellable merchandise is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund. Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of receipt or the returned product. Some items are non-returnable such as back issue and new comics,magazines,open items and other dated items. Email us if you are not sure an item is returnable. If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e..- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.Please call 847-524-6060 for a Return Authorization Number. ALL returns must have this number and un-authorized returns will be refused.

If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e..- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you. When shipping back the incorrect item to us, please use USPS Media Mail. If the package is too large or very valuable, please feel free to contact us so that we may arrange the return. Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping amount. If a package is damaged when it is received, please call us immediately! We will make the necessary arrangements to correct the situation at that time.

Pre-ordered items are not cancelable, please make sure you want the item and are willing to wait for it's release before placing your order, Some product orders are cancelable and we require order cancellations to be made via a phone call at 847-524-6060. If you cannot call us you may send us an email with a time and number you can be reached at. Canceled orders are subject to a 10% transaction/cancellation fee. This charge is to cover the credit card processing fees, internal order processing costs, as well as any restocking fees that may be incurred. Some items due to the collectible nature of the product are non-cancelable. Orders over $50 that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via USPS media mail which can take 10-14 business days for arrival.

Orders placed after 10:00 a.m. CST will not be processed until the following business day. In some cases it may take up to 7-10 days to process and ship your order. Customers that make their payment with a personal check are subject to a $20 fee on any and all returned checks. Shipped orders usually take 5-7 business days to arrive at the destination, except for California, Florida, Alaska, or Hawaii where they may take up to 14 days. Items listed are what we sell, not what is in stock. If a item you order is out of stock, we will hold the order until we have the item in stock again which could be anywhere from 5 to 30 days. We reserve the right to refuse the processing of any order placed on our website.
